TheoryXP — Data Protection Complaints

If you believe TheoryXP has handled your personal information incorrectly, you can make a data-protection complaint to us.

How to complain

Email support@theoryxp.app and make clear that you are making a data-protection complaint.

Please include enough information for us to understand the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive information. You do not need to use legal terminology or a special form.

What TheoryXP will do

We will:

• acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days;
• investigate it without undue delay;
• keep you informed of relevant progress where appropriate;
• explain the outcome and any action taken, or why no further action is proposed; and
• keep an appropriate restricted record of the complaint and outcome.

The ICO

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You do not have to wait for TheoryXP to finish considering your complaint.
